Backfill page scrapes

Re-scrapes every Page that needs fresh data: orphans (no inbound links), never-scraped stubs, and rows last scraped more than 14 days ago. Redirected URLs get the destination persisted so the Words column shows the redirect chip instead of 0. Sequential, ~3s per URL, cancellable.
